🍁A Note from the Board

As the leaves begin to change and the weather cools, we want to thank all our neighbors for helping make Town and Country Estates such a great place to live.

🌿 Landscaping at the Entrance

We’re happy to announce that we now have an annual contract with a local landscaping company to keep our entrances looking neat and well-maintained throughout the year. Regular cleanups and seasonal refreshes will help keep our neighborhood looking its best year-round.

🍁 Yard Maintenance

Per the City of Winston-Salem, Leaf Collection Season begins Monday, November 3rd and will continue through January—or as long as it takes for the city to make three passes through each quadrant.

You can find your specific collection schedule using the City’s online address search tool.

Important Reminders:

  • Do not rake leaves into the street, as this can cause drainage and safety issues and is not permitted.

  • Rake leaves to the edge of your yard, behind the curb for collection.

  • The City will make multiple passes through each quadrant during the season.

📧 Stay Connected

If you’d like to submit ideas or announcements for the next newsletter, please reach out by November 30.
